Athena Biomed orders are typically dispatched the next business day following the placement of the order (orders placed before 12:00 PM AEDT/AEST may be eligible for same-day dispatch). Orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days* (Standard/Heavy Item Delivery) or 1-3 business days* (Express Delivery available via the Athena Biomed HCP Portal). However, dispatch and shipping delays may occur, for which the Company is not responsible. Additionally, if items are out of stock, these items will be placed on back order, and customers can view the expected arrival date under the product details.

We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the products to your nominated shipping address. Title and risk in the products will pass to you upon delivery to your nominated address.

Please take care when placing your order. We accept no liability or responsibility for incorrectly placed orders, nor do we accept liability or responsibility for delivery details that are incorrectly supplied or omitted.

To the extent permitted by law, we may, at any time before the delivery of products, cancel any orders placed by you (even if previously accepted by us) for any reason, in whole or in part. This includes situations where any payment made by you is subsequently cancelled or dishonoured or if we do not have the products in stock. If we cancel an order in such circumstances, any payment already made for the cancelled portion of the order will be refunded to you.

Upon receipt of the products, you must notify Athena Biomed within 12 hours of any discrepancies, errors, or damage to the products (as verified by your inspection of the products and the relevant product labelling, documentation, and batch information). If no notice is received by Athena Biomed within this timeframe, the delivery of the order will be deemed correct and complete.
